The symposium costs were covered by the partner organisations, by the speakers giving their time for free, and by the Museon, making their facilities and staff available for free.

In order to properly process the presentations and discussions and to share these via a well-maintained website with larger audiences and platforms, additional costs will have to be made. For this purpose donations are very welcome.
